Rill Media

Facebook and Instagram ads against one target we both agree.

Every month runs against a target set in writing before it starts. Miss it and that month's fee comes back. For ecommerce brands, local service businesses and B2B teams that need leads.

We set the target on the call, before any money moves.

  • Facebook & Instagram
  • One operator, start to finish
  • Target agreed in writing

01The offer

One agreed target. Every month. In writing.

Before we start, we write down what the month has to produce. If I miss it, that month's fee comes back to you. You keep the account, the creative, the audiences and everything else I built inside it.

The target is set again for every month that follows. It is not a first-month trial and it does not expire after the opening period — each month gets its own number, agreed in advance, on the same terms.

  • Lead generation An agreed number of qualified leads for the month.
  • Ecommerce A lower cost per purchase than the account is running at now.
  • Local service An agreed cost per booked appointment.

These are what a real target looks like, not a menu. Which one applies to you — and the exact number — is what we work out on the call. It goes in writing before we start, and it gets set again for every month after.

What the guarantee covers

It refunds my management fee for that month. Ad spend goes to Meta and I can't refund it — nobody can. So the money at risk is mine, not the platform's, and you'll read that here rather than find it later.

Because I run these accounts myself, start to finish, I take on a small number at a time.

Tuncay Solak

Rill Media — I build and run your account personally.

Minimum ad budget: €2,000 per month, paid to Meta.

Meta's algorithm optimises on conversion volume. Below roughly €2,000 a month an account doesn't generate enough data for a test to return a clear answer, so the period ends without either of us knowing what works. Above it, the results mean something — which is also what makes an agreed target possible in the first place. This is spend that goes to Meta, not to me.

02The first 30 days

The month behind the target.

One month, the same month that carries the refund. Here is where the days go.

  1. Days 1–5

    Audit and setup

Account, pixel and conversion events, offer, landing page, what the last spend actually bought. This is where the target comes from — it is set against what your account is doing now, not against a benchmark.

  2. Days 4–12

    Creative and launch

Angles, hooks, copy and the first creative set built and shipped while the audit findings are still warm. Campaigns go live with the structure the test needs, not the one that is quickest to launch.

  3. Days 12–25

    Testing

Creative against creative, audience against audience, landing page against landing page. Losers off, budget onto what holds. Whatever the ad promises, the page has to keep — so I work on both.

  4. Days 25–30

First read, and next month's target

We look at the month against the number we wrote down. Then we set the next one — informed by real data from your account instead of an estimate — and the same terms carry over.

Example Meta Ads Manager view over 30 days: campaigns with reach, cost per result, amount spent and ROAS, plus results and cost-per-result trend charts.
The 30-day view we read together at the end of the month. Illustration only — example figures, not a client account.

03What I do

Meta ads, and the path around them.

Facebook and Instagram ads

Strategy, campaign build, creative and copy, testing, scaling. This is the whole job, not one service among five. Traffic is worthless if it doesn't convert, so I own the path the click takes — ad, landing page, funnel — instead of handing you a report and hoping the rest of it holds.

Where the path needs more work

  • Google Ads — for demand that is already searching for you.
  • Email marketing — for the buyers the first ad didn't close.
  • Funnels and CRO — when the page, not the campaign, is the thing losing the sale.

04Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

This is for you if

  • You spend €2,000 a month or more on ads, or you're ready to.
  • You sell something with a margin you can name.
  • You know what a customer is worth to you over time.
  • You can take orders or enquiries today, without changing anything first.
  • You want one person accountable to one number, not a team on a call.

This isn't for you if

  • You spend under €2,000 a month on ads.
  • You want someone to post on social media — that's not this.
  • You want results guaranteed in week one rather than over an agreed period.
  • You have no working way to take orders or enquiries yet.
  • You can't say what a customer is worth to you — no target can be set without it.

05About

I'm Tuncay. You work with me.

Tuncay Solak, founder of Rill Media, head and shoulders.

I run Rill Media. There is no account manager between us and nothing gets handed to a junior — the person who audits your account is the person who writes the ads and watches the numbers.

I trained under and work alongside marketers running seven figures in monthly ad spend. The systems I use on your account are theirs: the same testing structure, the same creative process, the same way of reading data. What I don't carry is the overhead that comes with them, which is why the pricing and the guarantee are possible at all.

That's also why the target is written down. It's the shortest way to prove the method works on your account rather than asking you to take my word for it.

What the target gets set from

  • What you sell.
  • What you spend on ads now, and what it returns.
  • What a customer is worth to you.

Working together starts at €2,000 a month in ad spend, paid to Meta.
