I run your Facebook ads against one number, and if I miss it my fee comes back
Not a retainer for effort. We agree what the month has to produce, in writing, before it starts. For ecommerce, local service and B2B businesses spending €2,000 a month or more.
We set the number on the call, before any money moves.
- 1Number agreed in writing, every single month
- 30Days per target, then we set the next one
- €0My fee if I miss it. You keep everything I built
01 — The deal
One number, agreed in writing, every month
Before we start, we write down what the month has to produce. I miss it, that month's fee comes back. You keep the account, the creative, the audiences and everything else I built inside it.
Then we do it again. The number is set fresh for every month that follows. This is not a first-month trial and it does not expire after the opening period.
- Lead generationAn agreed number of qualified leads for the month.
- EcommerceA lower cost per purchase than the account runs at now.
- Local serviceAn agreed cost per booked appointment.
That is what a real target looks like, not a menu. Which one applies to you, and the exact number, is what we work out on the call.
Read this before you book
The guarantee refunds my management fee for that month. Ad spend goes to Meta and I cannot refund it. Nobody can. So the money at risk is mine, not the platform's, and you read it here rather than find it in month three.
I run every account myself, start to finish. That caps how many I take at a time.

€2,000
Minimum monthly ad budget, paid to Meta
Meta optimises on conversion volume. Below roughly €2,000 a month an account never generates enough data for a test to return a clear answer, so the month ends without either of us knowing what works. Above it, the results mean something. That is exactly what makes an agreed number possible in the first place. This is spend that goes to Meta, not to me.
02 — The first 30 days
Where the month actually goes
One month, the same month that carries the refund. No ramp-up period you pay for.
-
Days 1–5
Audit and setup
Account, pixel and conversion events, offer, landing page, what the last spend actually bought. This is where the number comes from: your account as it runs today, not an industry benchmark.
-
Days 4–12
Creative and launch
Angles, hooks, copy and the first creative set built and shipped while the audit is still warm. Campaigns go live in the structure the test needs, not the one that is quickest to launch.
-
Days 12–25
Testing
Creative against creative, audience against audience, page against page. Losers off, budget onto what holds. Whatever the ad promises, the page has to keep, so I work on both.
-
Days 25–30
The read, and next month's number
We put the month against the number we wrote down. Then we set the next one on real data from your account instead of an estimate, on the same terms.
03 — What I do
Meta ads, and the path around them
Facebook and Instagram ads
Strategy, campaign build, creative and copy, testing, scaling. This is the whole job, not one service on a list of five. Traffic is worthless if it does not convert, so I own the path the click takes — ad, landing page, funnel — instead of sending you a report and hoping the rest holds.
Where the path needs more work
- Google Ads — for demand already searching for you.
- Email marketing — for the buyers the first ad did not close.
- Funnels and CRO — when the page, not the campaign, is losing the sale.
04 — Fit
Who this is for, and who it is not
Book the call if
- You spend €2,000 a month or more on ads, or you are ready to.
- You sell something with a margin you can name.
- You know what a customer is worth to you over time.
- You can take orders or enquiries today, without changing anything first.
- You want one person accountable to one number, not a team on a call.
Do not book if
- You spend under €2,000 a month on ads.
- You want someone to post on social media. That is not this.
- You want results guaranteed in week one rather than over an agreed month.
- You have no working way to take orders or enquiries yet.
- You cannot say what a customer is worth to you. No number can be set without it.
05 — Who you get
I'm Tuncay, and you work with me, not an account manager
Nothing gets handed to a junior. The person who audits your account is the person who writes the ads and watches the numbers every day.
I trained under and work alongside marketers running seven figures in monthly ad spend. The systems on your account are theirs: the same testing structure, the same creative process, the same way of reading data. What I do not carry is their overhead, which is why the pricing and the guarantee are possible at all.
That is also why the number goes in writing. It is the shortest way to prove the method works on your account instead of asking you to take my word for it.

Bring three things to the call
- What you sell.
- What you spend on ads now, and what it returns.
- What a customer is worth to you.
Working together starts at €2,000 a month in ad spend, paid to Meta.
